Friends, family, and brothers and sisters in Christ, thank you for your loving support, prayers for healing, and for standing with our family in faith.

In March of this year, Michael underwent an orchiectomy and has been recovering well from the surgery. Initially, doctors believed the aggressive testicular cancer had been fully contained and removed. However, a CT scan performed shortly afterward revealed that the cancer had already metastasized to his lungs.

We want to follow wherever the Lord leads us, knowing and trusting that He is the ultimate Healer and can use many different means to bring about total healing. We know that no decision should be made out of fear, but instead, the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Making Decisions

As of March 29, Mike's tumor markers have improved; however, his hCG levels remain well above the normal range. Following surgery, his levels dropped from 6,300 to approximately 1,400, but they need to fall below 15 to be considered within normal limits. A CT scan revealed spots on his lungs, and we are currently awaiting MRI results to determine whether the cancer has spread to his brain.
